Artwork Requirements
Artwork resolution: should be no less than 300 dpi. A higher resolution of 615 dpi is required for high resolution and digital printing.

Barcodes: if there is a need for a barcode on your label please ensure that there is a minimum of 1" x 1 1/2" white area or box left out for this purpose. This is a standard requirement.

Bleeding: please design your label with a 1/8" of an inch bleeding space on the inside, which should not include text.

Accepted File Formats: JPEG, PMG, Vector (PDF, EPS, AI & SVG) and CDR. Please note that we are unable to edit documents submitted in JPEG, PMG and PDF formats.

Pantone Colours: if you need a specific pantone colour the pantone number must be submitted with your artwork.

Artwork Submission: Artwork can be submitted via e-mail to graphics.labelsja@gmail.com.

Proofing
Once your job is confirmed an artwork form will be provided for your written approval. We ask that you proofread your label and ensure that the layout, font, font size, colours and all other design elements meet your wants and needs. Upon receipt of the signed artwork approval form or email confirmation to proceed with the artwork we will no longer be responsible for same. After the labels have been printed any further changes to the artwork will be considered a new job, requiring written approval of the new artwork.
